This foundation is a much better choice than most you'll find in the aisle of Boots! It is a water-based foundation that provides a light to medium coverage, that feels and looks natural on the skin. It is perfect for those "no-makeup" look days when you still want to look flawless! It contains quinoa seed extract which helps to calm inflammation and increase elasticity and blackcurrant fruit extract which is high in antioxidants and essential vitamins.
Quinoa Water Foundation only comes in 4 shades;
Haze - Porcelain to light skin tones (Latte-Honey)
Dawn - Medium to medium olive skin tones (Chai-Caramel)
Dusk - Deep to dark skin tones (Brew-Mocha)
Created by makeup artist Kirsten Kjaer Weis, this is a more high-end, luxury 'clean beauty' brand, and therefore comes with a higher price tag. This brand produces beautiful, organic makeup, totally free from synthetic ingredients. This is an award-winning foundation with skincare-level elements that gives versatile coverage thanks to a blendable, buildable formula. It contains nourishing ingredients, like organic coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil. It also comes in a very sleek refillable compact!
Perhaps the best thing about a makeup brand created by a makeup artist is the variety of shades they make available. This foundation comes in a whopping 16 shades!
Lightness - A balanced neutral suitable for pink or yellow undertones.
Like Porcelain - For fair skin with pink undertones.
Weightless - A light beige, true neutral.
Silken - For fair to medium skin with a yellow undertone.
Ethereal - For medium fair skin, and neutral in tone.

BB CREAM & TINTED MOISTURIZER
Couleur Caramel BB Cream is a sheer coverage, lightweight foundation with added anti-aging benefits. It contains hyaluronic acid, organic argan oil, and organic apricot oil to help hydrate, regenerate, moisturize, and protect the skin. Not only does this BB cream have some great skincare benefits, but choose a shade darker than your current skin color for a sunkissed, bronzed, glowing finish.
The only downside of this BB Cream —it only comes in 3 shades;
11 Light Beige - For light skin with yellow undertones.
12 Golden Beige - For medium skin with warm undertones.
13 Sunkissed Beige - For medium to dark skin with warm olive tones.
Another brand founded by a makeup artist, Emma Fortini chose to work with an Ayurvedic molecular biologist with extensive experience in natural skincare to create 14e cosmetics. This tinted moisturizer gives a light, sheer coverage and has a weightless feel on the skin. It also contains some helpful skincare ingredients (especially if you suffer from acne), like aloe vera, which is soothing for sensitive skin, gotu kola, an Indian herb that helps to heal the skin and reduce the formation of scar tissue. This sheer tint is a wonderful fusion of skincare and makeup in one product. It also provides an SPF 10.
Once again, the added bonus of being created by a makeup artist, this sheer tint comes in a great selection of shades for all skin tones;
Seashell 01 - Fair skin with a cool undertone.
Birch 1.5 - Fair to light skin with a warm undertone.
Sand 02 - Light skin with a warm undertone.
Macadamia 2.5 - Light to medium with a cool undertone.
Bamboo 03 - Medium skin with a neutral to cool undertone.
Teak 3.5 - Medium skin with a yellow undertone.
Sunkissed 04 - Medium/tan skin with a warm undertone.
Coconut 05 - Deep with golden, caramel undertone.
Chai 5.5 - Deep, rich tan with golden undertone.
Earth 06 - Dark skin with a cool undertone.
CONCEALER
This creamy textured concealer covers dark circles and imperfections. It can be used to contour and highlight the face also. Just like Couleur Caramel's BB Cream, this concealer contains some lovely organic ingredients, like organic shea butter and organic carnauba wax, both of which are intensely moisturizing, regenerating, and hydrating for the skin.
This concealer comes in a nice variety of shades;
11 Light Sandy Beige - Light skin with yellow undertone.
12 Light Beige - Light skin with beige undertone.
7 Natural Beige - Medium skin with warm undertone.
8 Apricot Beige - Medium skin with a yellow undertone.
