Clarifying Cleanser C2

Facetheory’s Clarifying Cleanser C2 contains both glycolic acid and salicylic acid to deep cleanse your pores and clear up breakouts and acne. It's a cream cleanser so it doesn't strip your skin and dry it out. Instead it leaves the skin feeling moisturised and hydrated. It's one of my all time favourites that I use three-four times a week. Facetheory says this cleanser is for oil and combination skin, but it's also great for dry and damaged!

What is it?

An AHA/BHA resurfacing cleansing cream specially formulated for oily and congested skin. A powerful trifecta of alpha and beta hydroxy acids clarify and purify the skin while gently exfoliating. It can also be used as a glycolic face peel.

How I use it

I’ve been using this cleanser for about 2 years. I use it 3-4 times a week as the 2nd step in my double cleanse (at bedtime) directly after oil cleansing. I also use it as a peel in my at-home facial —I apply it after steaming, leave it on for 5 minutes, followed by AYSWE Ultra Age-Defying Mask.

Why I love it

My go to pickmeup! This cleanser always brightens my skin tone by reducing surface scars and hyperpigmentation marks caused by sun damage. I love that it doubles as a peel or daily cleanser, and the mandarin scent smells luscious!

Skin Type

Suitable for oily and acne-prone skin types who are prone to clogged pores. But, it also works for normal to dry skin.
