DIY Cuticle Oil For Strong, Healthy Nails

Make this simple DIY cuticle oil a daily habit and you will have the healthiest, strongest nails that won't break. And it takes just 3 minutes to make!

I massage cuticle oil into my nails anywhere from twice to five times a day. If I miss a day or two I risk breaking a nail as they get brittle quick. It plays a big role in the reason my nails grow long and strong, because it nourishes, hydrates and strengthens my nails and surrounding area, especially the matrix.

Beware of what you buy in the store though, as a lot of store bought products marketed to help your nails grow are formulated with toxic ingredients and drying alcohols. I've been making my own cuticle oil for years, but if you don't have time to DIY then Simon + Tom Nails & Cuticles Oil Saviour is all natural and has a pretty good ingredient list.

DIY Organic Cuticle Oil

The ingredients in this DIY cuticle oil work together synergistically to promote healthy nail growth. And if used religiously (at least twice a day) my nails get so strong they do not break when I catch or knock them. The plant oils are packed full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and essential fatty acids. The three essential oils are high in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cell regenerating properties and much more. And best of all, it takes all of three minutes to make!

Made With 5 Ingredients

  1. Sweet Almond Oil is high in Oleic Acid (omega-9), vitamins E, A, B1, B2, B6, Potassium, Zinc and Protein.

  3. Rose Geranium Essential Oil stimulates cell growth, has antibacterial + antiseptic properties and tightens + tones the skin tissue. This oil is also helpful for oily skin types as it can balance hormones and regulate overactive sebum production.
